The dusty cardinal is a central that unlocks a gate to the Taverley Dungeon, allowing passage into the deeper parts of dungeon from the Lesser demon area to the Blueish dragon area.

The player tin can become the key from Velrak the explorer, who is imprisoned in the Blackness Knight headquarters in the southern part of the Taverley Dungeon. Kill the jailer to get a central to enter Velrak's cell and talk to him, but do not inquire for a reward!

The dusty key tin besides be purchased for one money on the 2nd floor[UK] 3rd floor[Usa] of the Legends' Social club, past players who have completed the Legends' Quest.

It would be wise to obtain multiples of these, should y'all die past the gate. This will prevent you lot from having to buy a new i in order to retrieve your things, especially for ironmen.

One dusty key spawns deep in Taverley Dungeon, nigh the Lava eel fishing spot due south of the blue dragon area. Notation that this fundamental spawns in the deeper area of the dungeon, so players who need a key to access the deeper dungeon cannot obtain information technology here. Players with level 70 Agility, all the same, can obtain this primal by using the agility shortcut about the archway to the dungeon. The shortcut goes to the blue dragon surface area.

The dusty fundamental is not tradeable, but multiple copies tin can exist obtained. It tin can be placed on the Steel key ring.

During the Heroes' Quest, players without level 70 Agility demand the dusty fundamental to reach the lava eel line-fishing area (unless they obtained the lava eel through the Lava Dragon Isle in the Wilderness).
