I subscribed for the free trial and now I've been charged $96 with no response from brainly for days . I need a refund I have not used this service at all . I looked at once question during my trial and never over again . I demand a refund immediately.
They charged my PayPal and I have had to file a dispute considering they will non respond

Brainly has been tremendously helpful in providing many right, detailed solutions by "Quality Assurance" & "Teachers" who provide clear explanations within their answers to questions I take posted—particularly w/in the Mathematics category. So take many other users! The downside is that there are many incomplete answers {due east.grand. "The answer is B"; or "The Answer is: B: personification."

Not worth watching lots and lots lots of ads

I was stuck on a lesson that is so disruptive and I needed to answer them presently then I found this piece of junk. I was forced to have a account and not only that ,the ads. LITERALY, I had to push button "I desire to run into the respond" button three times and I had to watch an ad AND had to watch their video on what's skillful near their subscription! WHAT?! THAT IS Mode TOO MUCH TO DO THAT JUST TO GET AN Reply!!!!

I understand that this program needs money but that many stupid popups and ads is and so ridiculous. I'1000 switching to something else!

I did a vii day gratuitous trial with Brainly 5 months ago and I cannot seem to detect my account to cancel the subscription I have logged in and sent them several emails letting them know of the problem still I become no response and the coin continues to be taken out of my account monthly when I get to the subscription part on the business relationship it states I accept the free programme! I am contacting my bank to claim fraud and block them!!!! Please do not enter whatever bank info information technology's a fraud!!!

I used this site Once last summer and so canceled. I am looking on my credit statements and have over three charges from brainly in the LAST Ii MONTHS. These are definitely scammers running this website. STOP CHARGING MY Card. The website wont even permit me log in to see why charges are recurring. Information technology says my password has been reset and I need to change it. I click "forgot password" and it's suppose to send an e-mail for me to modify it. IVE TRIED THIS SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE YET TO GET AN Email.

Literally horrible. Nobody actually tries to help and mods delete messages when people effort to help because they get reported for not being first or "meridian answer". I inquire questions all the time and never get replies, nobody cares for helping others and the app is literally terrible. People answer pointlessly when they don't know, just for the points. Remove them. Not the useful things.

Do not give this visitor your bill of fare information. This company has been stealing money from me for years. I cannot get the subscription canceled because patently you lot cannot speak to anyone. The only way to cancel is to log into the account but it says I take an invalid countersign, when I request a password reset, I never go the email. This membership is connected to an business relationship that I practice not use or keep money in whatever longer. They overdraft my account every year. They strength payment through even though the card is canceled and I get hit with overdraft fees every year. When I reach out via chat and e-mail (simply mode to communicate with them) and need the membership be closed but they charge me over again the next year. I have probably paid over $300 in subscription and overdraft fees from this fraud visitor. Do non do it!!!!

This website is HORRIBLE! I accept been using it since 2020 and information technology started out well. Then information technology started to go downhill. I would ask for help constantly losing points and NO ONE WILL HELP. It would be ii hours later on after I asked v times before I get an acceptable answer. Another affair is when I help people my answers go deleted for no reason. Today I logged on and all my answers were deleted by echo2155 for nil.
